Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with a product purchased at MOM’s simply return the unused portion with your itemized receipt within 30 days (7 days for perishable items) for a full refund. Returns may be made at the Help Desk at the store. Please understand we do not accept returns on “special orders” (items not regularly stocked). Your refund will go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
MOM’s takes great pride in offering healthful products at discount prices. Our return policy is for the benefit of our customers. The vast majority of our customers are fair, pleasant and understanding. We have developed our return policy so we can continue to offer our outstanding customers the lowest prices, and so we don’t have to raise prices to compensate for losses as described below:
– Returns of expired products, which were fresh when purchased but have spoiled or exceeded the expiration date because of not being used in a timely fashion.
– Returns of product purchased at different stores.
– Returns of items that have been shoplifted.
We think our customers are the BEST and we appreciate your support and understanding.
EBT
We accept SNAP EBT at all MOM’s locations.
Service Dogs
Generally, the Health Department regulations restrict animals in grocery stores and our policy is as such. However, the Americans with Disability Act (ADA) protects the use of service or assistance animals in all businesses. This Act is a federal law, protects service and assistance dogs. We support their needs and follow the law.
