Low Price Guarantee
On all same brand packaged products, MOM’s has the lowest prices of any natural food store. If you find the same brand packaged product cheaper at another natural food store (including Whole Foods), we will match the price. However, MOM’s cannot guarantee the lowest prices on organic fruits and vegetables or bulk products. Why? It’s like comparing apples and oranges! You might find Gala Apples for .20¢ less per pound at a different store. But they could be selling a lower grade apple – one that’s not as fresh and sweet as the apples at MOM’s. It might not even be certified organic. This holds true for bulk products, like dried fruit, nuts, grains and spices. For example, MOM’s stocks organic rice in bulk, while some other stores sell lower quality bulk rice. MOM’s has implemented our low price guarantee because we want to make organic food available at a reasonable price. We regularly visit our competitors to ensure we have the best prices. You can rest assured that a bag of organic groceries purchased from MOM’s will always cost less than any of our competitors!
If you are not 100% satisfied with a product purchased at MOM’s simply return the unused portion with your itemized receipt within 30 days (7 days for produce) for a full refund. Returns may be made at the Customer Service or Help Desk at the store. Please understand we do not accept returns on juicers, books, magazines, newspapers, reusable menstrual products, or “special orders” (items not regularly stocked). Your refund will go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
MOM’s takes great pride in offering healthful products at discount prices. Our return policy is for the benefit of our customers. The vast majority of our customers are fair, pleasant and understanding. We have developed our return policy so we can continue to offer our outstanding customers the lowest prices, and so we don’t have to raise prices to compensate for losses as described below:
- Returns of expired products which were fresh when purchased but have spoiled or exceeded the expiration date because of not being used in a timely fashion.
- Returns of product purchased at different stores.
- Returns of items that have been shoplifted.
- Returns of produce items purchased over 7 days ago

Seasonal Employment (i.e. Summer jobs)
Unfortunately, MOM’s doesn’t hire for seasonal positions. We invest a lot of time in training our employees and want them to stay with us for a long time!
