Store Policies -- MOM's Low Price Guarantee
On all same brand packaged products, MOM's has the lowest price of any natural food store. If you find the same product cheaper at another natural food store (including Whole Foods), we will match the price. However, MOM's cannot guarantee our prices on such items as produce (fruits and vegetables) and bulk products (although we are probably still going to beat most prices). The reason for this is that often, it is like comparing apples to oranges! You see, MOM‘s seeks out the highest quality foods available. For example, a competitor might be selling red delicious apples for $.20 less than us, but they might be selling a lower grade apple which would not be as fresh or as sweet as ours. Not only is the same true for almost all fruits and vegetables, it is also true for such bulk products as nuts, dried fruits, rice (e.g. we sell Lundberg rices, while some of our competitors sell a lower quality brand), herbs and spices, etc.
MOM's has implemented this policy because we want to make organic food available for a reasonable price. We visit our competitors regularly to ensure that we have the best prices. If you find an item that is priced lower at another natural food store, simply visit the customer service desk and we will be happy to match the price. You can rest assured that a bag of groceries bought at MOM's will always cost less than ANY of our competitors!!!
