| Instructions: |
| Cut Tempeh into eighths and then each square crosswise into triangles. Toss with Tamari or Bragg's. Bake on a lightly oiled cooking sheet or pan fry until crisp. If too dry, toss with a little more oil. Use in salads, stir fries, stews, shish kebobs, and soups. |
